We ship with Bartolini. With the environmental protection program GoGreen we are anchoring our environmental goals within the Group. Our efforts revolve around our carbon emissions, the Group’s greatest environmental impact. GoGreen addresses other environmental factors in addition to greenhouse gas emissions. These include natural resource consumption as well as local air pollutants and noise pollution. We work to continuously reduce the negative environmental impact of our business activities by addressing these areas as well.

LOOPO ships to the following EU countries: Italy.

Returns

Pursuant to and within the limits of Art. 64 of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (IT), the customer has the right, within 10 working days of delivery of any purchased products, to exercise the right of withdrawal, guaranteed by law, consisting in the right to return the products received and have the money refunded. This right applies to all products contained in www.surfacecares.com website. To return the goods, use the original packaging, and write on the back of the transport document the reasons for returning it.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must contact LOOPO at the e-mail address customer.care@loopomilano.com

Upon receiving the communication, LOOPO will notify the customer of the procedure and the return number.

The customer shall promptly arrange the shipment addressed to LOOPO. The transport costs and the responsibility of the goods during shipment, as ruled by law, shall be borne by the customer.

It is recommended that you insure the goods with the courier of choice, taking care to carefully pack the goods and, where possible, by inserting them into an outer box, without damaging the original packaging by means of adhesive tapes, labels, etc.

The product must be returned inside its original packaging along with all its parts and accessories.

In case a transportation damage occurred during the return, LOOPO will communicate the same to the customer within five working days of the delivery of the goods, allowing him to file a claim with the carrier used for delivery.

The damaged goods will be available for return and the withdrawal request will be simultaneously canceled. Unless repairing costs will be undertaken, LOOPO will refund customers fully within 14 days, counting from the day the purchased goods were received, by canceling the credit card charges, or by wire transfer to the bank account specified by the customer.

The right of withdrawal is lost if the products are returned in damaged conditions (for reasons other than transportation), incomplete, with missing parts, or with a damaged packaging.

WITHOUT EXCEPTION we do not refund packages that were opened or used.
